Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 February 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) About us

The Site is operated by Tannegate Limited (trading as Zieler) (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our business address is Unit B2, Ullswater Crescent, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2HR and you can contact us on 020 8655 8070 or artsupplies@zieler.co.uk
.

2) Purpose of the Site (B2B focus, no prices)

The Site is primarily intended to support trade, reseller and distributor enquiries, and to provide product and brand information. We do not display prices on the Site and Site content does not constitute a binding offer to sell.

In the UK, Zieler no longer sells directly to consumers via this website. Consumers may be directed to approved retail partners to purchase products.

3) Trade enquiries, quotations and supply

If you submit a trade enquiry (including via any forms on the Site), we may contact you to discuss your business and requirements. Any quotation, commercial terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, delivery arrangements and payment terms will be provided in writing outside the Site.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing:

quotations are an invitation to treat and may be withdrawn or amended prior to acceptance

no contract is formed until we confirm acceptance of an order in writing

we may request evidence of trading status before supplying wholesale or distributor terms

4) Buying from third party retailers

Where the Site links to third party retailers (for example “Shop on Crafty Arts”), any purchase you make is with that third party, not with us, and will be subject to that retailer’s terms, pricing, delivery, returns and customer service. We are not responsible for third party websites, content, availability, pricing, promotions or transactions.

5) Product information and accuracy

We aim to keep Site information accurate and up to date, but product descriptions, specifications, imagery, availability and other content may change. The Site may contain typographical errors or omissions. We may correct or update information at any time without notice.

6) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and downloadable materials) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your internal business use only. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

7) Acceptable use

You must not use the Site:

for any unlawful purpose

to infringe intellectual property rights

to transmit malware, viruses or harmful code

to scrape, crawl, harvest data, or interfere with Site operation or security

to submit false or misleading information, including via enquiry forms

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms.

8) Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or uninterrupted. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

9) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, or reliance on its content.

10) Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy (and any cookie notice displayed on the Site). If you submit an enquiry, we will process your personal data to respond and manage the relationship.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
