Delivery information

  • For UK Orders under £15 there is a £4.95 Delivery charge – Sent next working day Delivery – Shipped & tracked via DPD
  • For UK Orders over £15 – £39.99 there is a £3.95 Delivery charge – Sent next working day Delivery – Shipped & tracked via DPD
  •  For deliveries outside UK mainland, shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
  • Sundays and Christmas/New Year/Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.
  • Our couriers may require a signature on delivery. Parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
  • We are not responsible for delays the courier may face through weather, traffic or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note* Free Delivery option only applies to DPD UK Zone 1, Next day delivery only applies for orders received by 1pm (13:00 hours). Order beyond 1pm will be processed for dispatch the next working day. To clarify weekends and bank holidays are not working days.

Check your international customers are open to receive parcels

There are countries where non-essential shops and businesses are closed; therefore, we advise you check before shipping that your customer is able to receive parcels, to avoid unnecessary costs. In each country, we will attempt delivery where possible and return to you if they are unable to gain access.
