Unfortunately on rare occasions products can get damaged in the transportation service, we do our best to package our products securely so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Should this happen please follow these simple points below:

- Send us photos of any product damage
- Send us photos of the box or DPD bag with any damage
- Send us a photo of the DPD label so the details are clear
