My Product Arrived Damaged?

Unfortunately on rare occasions products can get damaged in the transportation service, we do our best to package our products securely so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Should this happen please follow these simple points below:

• Email us at artsupplies@zieler.co.uk explaining clearly the problem with the delivery
• Send us photos of any product damage
• Send us photos of the box or DPD bag with any damage
• Send us a photo of the DPD label so the details are clear

By providing us the above details it will enable us to make a claim from our couriers.
