Europe Delivery information

All prices displayed on the Zieler web site include VAT & Duties to get the order to you.

Orders can only be placed online and not by telephone.

Your order will be dispatched and delivered via UPS.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered. (Zieler takes no responsibilities for delays outside of its control.)

Free Delivery for orders more than €100.

Orders €50 – €99.99 Euros the delivery charge will be €7.95.

Orders below €50 will be €19.95 .

Terms and conditions:
Once the order is placed Zieler cannot cancel the order once it has been dispatched.
The customer must ensure that the correct address and contact details are entered when placing orders online, Zieler cannot take any responsibility for the parcel being missed or delivered incorrectly as a result of the incorrect information being entered.

The customer is responsible to be present when the delivery arrives, if the parcels is returned back to us we will deduct all delivery charges from a refund.

Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to us by email with photographic evidence to artsupplies@zieler.co.uk within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Any products you wish to return can be done so at the customer’s cost, we advise you use a tracked delivery with appropriate insurance to cover any loss. You cannot send orders back after 14 days of the delivery date.
Any refunds are subject to the products being returned unused and in full sellable condition.
